Simple systems beat complex ones. Every time. The fanciest tool in your stack is worthless if your team won't use it on a Tuesday afternoon.
Discipline trumps motivation. I've built four companies by showing up consistently, not by waiting for inspiration. Motivation is a mood. Discipline is a system.
Real estate and AI aren't separate worlds. They're tools for creating leverage and freedom. I use AI where it saves time and reduces mistakes. Nothing more, nothing less.
Follow up wins deals. Most operators don't lose because they lack leads. They lose because the workflow breaks and next steps slip through the cracks.
I'm not here to sell you a course or promise overnight success. I'm here to share what's actually working in my businesses and help serious operators build something real.

About me
I live in the Bay Area. I run real estate operations, build AI systems, and coach operators who are serious about execution. Before any of that, I learned the hard way that businesses don't break from lack of ideas. They break from sloppy systems and inconsistent follow through.
Outside of work, I train hard, I'm learning Spanish, and I invest in strong relationships. I'm focused on becoming a stronger, more grounded man. The discipline that builds a body and a marriage is the same discipline that builds a company.
